I can't believe I only found out about mug cakes this year. Oh my goodness, they are so amazing! Who doesn't want a baked good for one?! It saves so much time, and they are pretty delicious. This recipe is for a chocolate chip mug cake, which is pretty much a basic cake with chocolate chips mixed in. It is not cookie like at all! I couldn't really find a eggless recipe so I tried to make my own. I'd like to think it came out pretty well. It wasn't crumbly, but it was nice and soft. The cake itself was pretty plain tasting as I used less than a tbs each of the sugar. I didn't think that much was needed because of the chocolate chips, but that's up to you! I apologize for the crude measurements that are about to come up. I'll probably make a new and improved version of this soon, but I'm trying to lay off the cakes since I've had one like every day this past week. Heh, this is what happens on vacation. Anyway, hope you like it!
Ingredients:
-A scant 1/3 cup all purpose flour
-1 and 1/2 tbs butter
-1 tbs brown sugar
-1 tbs granulated sugar

-baking soda
-milk ( i used the cap of the milk jug and poured milk in that five times. Probably a little more than a tbs of milk)
-pinch of salt
-chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in your mug.
2. Add in sugars, salt, and vanilla. Mix.
3.Add in milk. Mix.
4. Add in flour and baking soda. Mix. Add in desired amount of chocolate chips and mix.
5. Put in microwave for 40-60 seconds. I usually do 55 seconds.
