Ramen already tastes good, that's for sure, but it's not really the healthiest thing on the planet. Here's some simple things you can add in to make ramen taste even better (if that's possible), a little healthier, and actually fill you up! :)
Now the first thing is to get the right type of ramen. As much as I like Maruchan and Top Ramen, the ones available at the local Asian stores are so much better. Authentic instant noodles. XD but really, I find them to be much more flavorful! These are the ones I like to use.
My go to add ins are coriander/cilantro(same thing), green onions, and cabbage. You don't understand how much I love coriander. It smells so good, and tastes so good too, gah it's the best thing ever. Especially the smell left on your hands after washing them. It feels and smells so fresh! I swear I could make a whole post on how much I love coriander. Anyway....
Just cut the cabbage into long thin slices, and cut the green onions into small pieces. Mmmm, look at all those greens.
The ramen package says to boil the water and put the dry noodles and seasonings in  a seperate bowl, and then to pour the boiling water on it and cover. When I put the ramen and seasonings in one bowl, I add the greens as well instead of putting them in the boiling water. And here's my finished product! YUM.
Some other items you can add in are Sriracha for a little more spice, some lemon juice, and even an egg. I break an egg open into the boiling water but I only use the egg whites. In the picture above, there is also a little bit of kimchi. The possibilities are endless, so have fun experimenting!
